How to be Saved from God’s Punishment

God Judges Using His Standards
³ You shall have no other gods before Me.

God Punishes Disobedience
For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.

We Can’t be Good Enough … Accept the Gift of Forgiveness

Jesus Christ Volunteered to be Punished for Us

God Loves You
For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. ¹⁷ For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.

Jesus is the Only Way to God‘s Forgiveness
⁶ Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.”

Heaven is for Those Who Love Jesus
Blessed are those who do His commandments, that they may have
the right to the tree of life, and may enter through the gates into the city.

God Doesn’t Force People to Love Him
³ How shall we escape if we neglect so great a salvation,
which at the first began to be spoken by the Lord, and was confirmed to us by those who heard Him,

Hell is for Those Who Reject Jesus
But the cowardly, unbelieving, abominable, murderers, sexually immoral, sorcerers, idolaters, and all liars shall have their part in the lake which burns with fire and brimstone, which is the second death.

Believe in Jesus Christ to be Saved from God’s Punishment
That if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. ¹⁰ For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

Start a Fresh Relationship with Forgiveness from God
“Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hears My voice, and opens the door, I will come in to him, and will eat with him, and he with Me.”
~ Revelation 3:20
Go to Church and Thank God
Enter into His gates with thanksgiving,
And into His courts with praise.
Be thankful to Him, and bless His name.
